As far as the heater, does the engine reach normal operating temp? With the engine at operating temp are the heater hoses hot? Does the blower motor work? If ok, then check temp door under the dash.

Hi thanks for your answer. The hoses is hot is hot and the temperature in my car desh is ok but the bottom controls it's don't work can you please give me son ideas what I can do. Thank you

At the moment check the hvac fuses. I'd have to check voltage and ground circuits to see if controller is faulty?

I don't have access to the site database. I'm not supposed to post a wiring diagram from another database.

You might check for any hvac trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.
