While s10 truck is not started, when you coolant to radiator and it doesnt fill up. Where is it goin

If it ain't hitting the ground,

And you pull the Oil dipstick, and there's no water in the oil.

Start it up/ or try to

Watch the exhaust

It may start coming out of there, or if it is real steamy

In the oil, or out of the exhaust pipe, is probably a head or head gasket issue.
