I have a 2000 sls cadilac sevile I left lights on and killed the battery. There never has been a cover for fuse box located beside the battery under the back seat so in Trying to jump it off I believe I accidentally touched cables in fuse box. It will turn over no problem but will not start. My first thought is the fuel pump relay but without the cover there is no way of telling witch one it is. So I exchanged all of them but no luck. I know on most cars you can hear the fuel pump running in the gas tank. Im unsure were fuel pump is on this car to be able to hear it or not but you can not hear it run. It seems it would not have blown all the relays in box but I guess its posible a friend told me alot of cars have master kill switches that has to be reset if in an accident I guess its possible for this to have happened if this car actually is equipped with one. If it does is this probable and were is it located? I appreciate help you can give.
Thanks Todd

Relays dont blow, fuses do. There job is to save the circuit in case of a short. Use a test light to check.

THIS MAY BE ONE OF THOSE DEALS WHERE YOU MUST COMPLETELY DISCONNECT THE BATTERY A FEW MINUTES

WHILE IT'S OUT, CHARGE IT FULLY---OR REPLACE IT WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY

THE COMPUTER MAY BE RECOGNIZING THE LOW VOLTAGE ISSUE---AND MAY NOT RECOGNIZE THE FULL VOLTS UNTIL IT IS "RESET" BY THE COMPLETE DISCONNECTION AND BEING REPLACED WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY

"JUMPING" AND/OR "CHARGING" THE BATTERY WHILE STILL CONNECTED. MAY CHARGE THE BATTERY

. BUT THE COMPUTER WILL STILL BE "HAYWIRE" UNTIL THE BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED. LAST TIME NOW. AND A FULLY. FULLY. COMPLETELY CHARGED UP BATTERY IS INSTALLED

SOME VEHICLES WILL "BUST OFF" AND RUN AFTER EXPERIENCING A LOW BATTERY. AFTER IT'S UNDERWAY, MANY TIMES THE SYMPTOMS OF THE COMPUTER NEEDING TO BE RESET PERSIST. SOMETIMES THE GAUGES AND OTHER SYSTEMS START GOING CRAZY. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW

Thanks for all replies. Though helpful yet still didnt solve my issue. I checked all the fuses to find none had blown. Then I took the battery out and charged it. But still to no avail. So heres a little more info maybe that will help. I never thought it relavant but it just maybe About a week before The issue came up I had gotten into a fender bender in car. Minor damage to hood at best and drove the car home and once more when as posted left the lights on. Had someone advise me it could been a sensor damaged from accident that took a minute to burn out What do you think? As well I dont hear fuel pump running . Is it in gas tank? Could it somehow be the saftey reset that somehow took a minute to trigger. Where is it located? Thanks again for all the help

You should be checking to see what is missing causing the non starting.

Above link explains what to look for.

System does not use any safety reset switch.
Did you check the oil level?
Have you tested the fuel pump to see if it is good?
