It will start up and then shut off like three.

It will start up and then shut off like three times before it stays on unless I give it gas and there's a funny smell. Also when I am driving pushing the gas I feel a shake coming from the passgner side tire but once I stop pushing the break I dnt feel it. What's going on??

The first steps for the starting issue is to scan for any stored trouble codes and hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the car before starting it ion the morning and monitor how quickly the system comes up the regulated pressure which should be almost instantly.

For you brake issue you should start a separate question. It's too confusing for too problems in one thread.

Most shops will do "no start" diagnostics for about 1 hours labor.
