The entire dash area starting with the radio and below is not working. The radio is completely out - the a/c controls are lighted up with the exception on the heated seats buttons.

Instruments went out - i.E. Radio display, heated seats button stopped lighting up, air controls stopped working - i.E. Blowing hot air, etc. What's going on? Is this a fuse or what?
