Truck vibrates badly at 40 mph up to about 55 mph. Before and after are okay. Vibrations occur during acceleration and during deceleration.

Also changed front passenger hub assembly/wheel baring, since then the ABS light and the parking brake light come on and off.

Hi,

The vibration sounds like a drive shaft to me. Check your u-joints for binding.

As for the ABS, we need to get the codes. This will ensure we are chasing the correct thing. You would assume that the issue is what you just replaced but that could get costly and frustrating if it is not the issue.

Let me know what the codes are and we can go from there. Thanks

The vibration was definitely the drive shaft and u-joints. Drive shaft broke, I replaced both yesterday, vibration gone! Lights are still an issue but there is no code being thrown. Only Mass Airflow sensor and 2 codes for O2 sensors.

Have you checked the ground for a poor connection or high resistance?

Here is a video showing how to do it on a 2003 S-10.

This bolt is exposed to the elements and apparently is pretty common to turn both lights on.

You want to measure resistance by setting your meter to ohms and putting a lead on the eyelet and one on the negative battery post. You should have less than a half ohm.
