Interior lights flashed and when shut off the car wont crank.

I was driving and the interior lights flashed one time. Then I noticed that the windows wouldnt roll up. When I shut the car off and tried to start it back it wouldnt crank. Everything else works except for the windows and the engine. Any clue?

Check under the hood in the relay / fuse block for a bad fuse. Also, check for weak grounds and bad fuses in the vehicle.

Found one bad fuse and changed it but nothing. How could I tell if it was a ralay or not?

I refered to the relays to help identify location. Does the engine turn over at all?

No. I can hear a buzzing under the hood and when I turn the key all the way over the headlights cut out and I get nothing.

Brand new. Everything else electrical wise is working. The lights, dash lights, door locks, emergency flashers, everything.
