I replaced the mass air flow sensor here a while back cause the car would die especially if I was at a stop sign or bringing the car to a complete stop at home or else where. What else can I look into that might help?
Also the other day I drove the car and noticed a knocking sound coming from the passenger side. It comes and goes and usually hear it most when coming to a stop. Any help is appreciated.

Is the check engine light on? If it is, we need the code. If it is not, then it is a basic engine failure. It could be a vacuum leak or one of many other items.

Knocking? From the engine or the suspension?

The upper strut mounts are common for this noise.

What about the light?
