My car will cut off while sitting in park not idling up and when I pull off its stalling to move then just takes off like its not getting enough gas.

You may have a fuel supply problem, checked the filter and fit a new one if it has not been changed in the last 5,000Kms check fuel for signs of contamination and check fuel rail pressure, also check the air cleaner as well.
