1999 Saturn SL2 irradic Idle

Well, lt was driving fine, low on gas stopped filled 1/2, tank by the time I got home(3miles) it would hardly Idle wanted to die the hardly start, but it would run at higher rpms w/no miss. Pulled it in the shop change the fuel filter cleaned the plugs. Seems to idle a little better but still irradic if u give it gas and let off. Drives fine down the road. Put my innova on it and all it says is P1599 CRUISE CONTROL MANAGEMENT, and engine stall. Nothing else. It never threw a MIL on the dash though, so cleared drove it down the road drove good, but still had bad idle, innova on it again and P1599 came back.

Check your engine coolant temp sensor (ECT) value with your tool of it will let you. Check the connector and the wires at the ECT to see if damaged in anyway.
