1999 SL-1 Engine problems

I figured it was going bad. Kinda made my day with that one because I looked at it and my uncle said it looks okay. But I knew it wasnt. Thanks. Multimeter? Never heard of that?

The slipping belt could cause the voltage spike too.A multimeter is a volt ohm meter that read's voltage ohm's does more then one function.
