Alternator not charging

Yes I used a fusable link cable it was a little thicker than the original but it seems to work just fine now but there's still one thing tho when I shift my car in first, second and third its fine when its in forth it putts a bit wile im on the gas at first I thought fuel filter got a new one ran a fuel line test all my injecters are fine and so are my gas line and relay could it be the feul pump or somthing else for fuel pressure I thaught it was the alternater and battery not working makeing it drive like that but with the new battery and alternatter giving full charge it has to be fuel related bc I also have new spark plugs, wires, cap, and coil so its not a miss in the engine.

Yea it seems like it losses fuel pressure or somthing like its not getting anough gas after I shift ill step on the gas and it will put ill make a pictue the. How would I do that? It has to be driving in fourth gear I had a shop tell me they did the test and told me the fulinjecters are fine my gas line is fine I have a new feul filter on it so they said thats not the broblem but it still putts

1996 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 158k miles

I have recently replaced the transmission in my 1996 pontiac sunfire, which I bought from a friend it ran fine other than the transmission was going bad, but after I got it in and thought I was done with the ordeal it seemed the alternator was not doing its job charging the battery as well as poweing the car. Went to the junkyard and got one. Had it tested at advanced auto parts and they said itwas good. After I put the alternator in and jumpstarted the car (the battery was dead) I was hopeing the alternaor would begin doing as it should. But my car simply runs for a few minutes and then chokes out. If I try to restart there isnt even enough power to turn the engine over, all I hear is a click.

1998 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello, my name is Andrew and I have a problem with my 98 sunfire. I bought a new alternator and battery and whenever I drive my battery lite comes on. Now I had autozone take both my alternator and battery out and test my battery and alternator. They both passed with flying colors. But when I had them check my alternator and battery in my car while it was running, my battery passed but my alternator was not putting out anything. I got a new alternator, checked my fuses and nothing.
