Engine over heats, while driving and at stand still especially. Fuses for Radiator fan are good. Coolant levels perfect. No leaks. Thermostat? Or Fan Motors?

The fans do not come on when the A/C is selected. It heats up slightly, maybe 220 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is a 2 speed fan system and low speed isn't even programmed to come on until approx 223 degrees. You could have a problem with the low speed circuit and high speed wouldn't kick until around 230.

Should I go ahead and replace the Thermostat? What do I look for that might cause the over-heating?

Check the coolant level and pressure test the system. If it only overheats when stopped or going slow, then concentrate on the fan circuit. If it overheats at highways speeds, there are many possibilities.
