Found out today after weeks of trying to figure out why my car wouldn't start that there is only approx. 4.3 volts coming from my fuse box to the fuel pump, immobilizer etc.I was told that the problem is behind the fusebox and its probably melted or faulty wires. Is this easy enough fixed or would I have to buy a new fusebox?

I was also wondering what could have caused this problem as I bought this car with a broken chain and my partner put another engine in it but before the chain broke on the previous engine the car was going 100 percent. My partner thinks they crossed wires or something to take the petrol out of the car because she was bone dry when we got her.

There's a short circuit in the wiring within the fuse box that caused it to burn and has to be located before you replace the box
