My car listed above leaks anti-freeze. I replaced the reservoir tank, the water pump and the upper radiator hose. What could be the problem since I still have a small leak?

This depends on where you are finding the leak.

If this is an external leak and you are finding coolant on the ground, then we are going to have to pressure test the system and inspect all over the engine bay for where the leak is coming from. However, we are also going to have to look in the heater box or front passenger side floor area for coolant. If there is, then you have a heater core leak. This is unlikely but needs to be checked.

Here is a guide on how to pressure test the system:

Next if there are no external leaks then we need to check for a head gasket issue. You can do this a number of ways, but the best ways are shown here in this guide:

Please keep in mind that even if you don't have the clear signs of a head gasket that are laid out in that guide, you still need to test it because coolant loss with no external leaks is most likely a head gasket.

Please run through this info and let us know what you find, and we can take next steps.

Thanks
