1999 Jeep Wrangler heater blower motor

1999 jeep wranger, heater blower motor not working. Fuses good, replaced relay and blower motor resistor, pulled fan out and tested it, works fine. Pulled the switches. Look fine. What else could be the problem?

Sounds like the AC/Heater control switch

Is there anyway to bypass that switch to check to see if that's the problem? I can turn the switch and hear it controlling where the air is to be sent.
