I am losing power as I drive

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7v8

Having probems with my jeep. Rough idle at the start up, then goes away. Then upon pushing the accelarator( while in drive), the rpms go up, then feels like it just drops off. When you let off the pedal, the jeep goes forward. Zero power like not getting enough air/fuel. You have to pump it to get it moving forward. Eventually it build up speed and have no problems. Sometimes it stalls when this problem occurs. Exaust smells rich
Replaced: battery, crankshaft position sensor, throttle position sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump is good.
Ideas? Map sensor, Ecu/pcm, o2 sensors, cam shaft sensor?

Turn the key from off to on three times on forth turn leave it on any codes will display in the odometer window or they will flash on the check engine light. Post all codes.
