I NEED HELP IN REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT

I need help in replacing the thermostat. It is in a difficult place and I just want to know the step-by-step instruction and a diagram would be very helpful too. It seems to be in the engine block and I think the top of the engine block might need to be removed to get to the thermostat.

THERMOSTAT

Removal

Disconnect battery ground cable. Drain engine coolant from the radiator and engine. Remove throttle body. Disconnect radiator hose from the inlet pipe. Remove thermostat housing. Remove thermostat
.

Installation

Install thermostat into the outlet pipe making sure that the air hole is in the up position. Install thermostat housing and tighten bolts to 25 N.M (18 ft. Lbs.). Installation rubber hose. Replenish engine coolant. Start engine and check for coolant leakage.
