1998 Isuzu Rodeo Question Unknow Coolant leak

My Boyfriends 98 Isuzu Rodeo has a coolant leak. He has replaced the water pump once and the seal around it three times. Every time he starts the car coolant leaksout everywhere. He knows enough about fixing vehicles that the problem should have been fixed the first time. He is having a very hard time locating the leak, is this common for rodeos and where is it coming from?

The 3.2 liter has a strange coolant flow. There's a pipe that runs under the intake manifold, also the heads are notorius for warping if it overheats. My educated guess without seeing it is the coolant is leaking from either that pipe, or the inside seal from one of the heads where you cannot see it.
