Car wheel stuck

The back wheel of my car is sticking when I put the car into drive. It wasn't doing it yesterday when I drove it. Today is very, very cold though. Could that have something to do with it?

Yep the cold will make it worse. Its your brakes on that wheel.

You may have ice freezing the brakes up, is the car parked out side or in a garage?
