I have a 99 GMC Safari AWD, I just replaced the headlight bulbs. One problem, the lights do not come on when I turn the light switch to the 3 position, the lights are on in the first and second position, also the high beams do not come on and the indicator light for the high beams does not come on. Is there a fuse issue or something else?

I looked at you headlamp switch, I'm not sure what you mean by third position? Usually if the low beams work and the high-beam doesn't, I suspect the dimmer switch. In the diagram below, lite green wire is voltage for high beam, black is ground. For the low beam, tan wire is voltage and again, black is ground. Use a voltage tester, on high beam voltage circuit, headlamp on high.
