I HAD A CODE SAYING BANKS 1&2 WERE RUNNING LEAN AND THE CARE STARTED INTERMITTENTLY. I CLEANED A DIRTY THROTTLE BODY AND I DICONNECTED THE FUEL LINE FROM THE FILTER AND GOT A STRONG STEARM. THEN I RECONNECTED THE FILTER AND HAD A STRONG STREAM THROUGH THE FILTER. THEN THE CAR STARTED AND I DROVE IT A LITTLE BIT BUT IT KEPT TRYING TO STALL. ANY THOUGHTS?

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1. Vacuum leaks
2. EGR and PCV valve.
3. Low fuel pressure.
4. Dirty fuel injectors.
5. Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6. Oxygen Sensor.

You need to use an accurate fuel pressure gauge to have any idea if it is sufficient.

With pressure gauge on when the key was turned on no pressure. Vehicle would not start to test running pressure. Does this mean fuel pump?

The pump only runs for 2 seconds when the key is turned on so you can cycle it on a few times waiting 10 seconds in between. If you have no pressure, you will have to test for power arriving at the pump during that 2 second period.
