I have a 1999 ford taurus with a blower motor that has stopped working. I have replaced the blower motor resistor, tested the blower motor itself by hooking it up to a 12 volt source and it works. I have checked fuses both under hood and under dash both are good. I have not checked the relays and not sure how to test them. Outside of the relays what am I missing? Please help. Thank you

It could be a wiring issue. You need help with this one as you have replaced parts already that did not fix the car.

Your next step would be to determine whether you are missing power or ground at the motor to determine where to go next.

If you can identify the blower relay you can test it by simply swapping it with another relay in the box that you know is working, if there isn't any that match you can test the relay by checking the resistance with an ohm meter

Did you verify the connector at the blower resistor? It is common for burning up.
