Has a newer engine. Truck's odometer and rpm needle started reading to the max end of dials even truck going slow. Changed instrument panel. Now truck not starting, will start if you spray starter fluid in throttle. Not getting power to fuel pump. Fuses are ok. Tried new fuel pump but no luck. Inertia switch ok. Please help
