Four wheel drive won't engage. I hear grinding while trying to shift from forward to reverse. Front end very darty when on the road. Lots of clunking from right front wheel.

DO not drive as something has failed in the transmission /transfer you may be doing a fair bit more damage so get it towed into a work shop for a full evaluation, this type of problem will have to be inspected first hand.
