Vehicle doesn't start

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition with a 4.6 Liter engine. Vehicle doesn't start. It was diagnosed with a defective ecm (drivers #1 & 6 were not firing). Ecm was replaced and programmed. Keys programmed-. Engine cranks with fuel thrown into throttle body. The vehicle came in for a misfire.

Check the fuel pressure and check the injectors using a noid lite-

I did. Those are the tools thaty I use. I checked four of the injectors

Sounds like its coming from the computer if the wiring checks out to the computer
