I DROVE MY VAN IN THE WATTER THAT WAS UP TO THE DOORS IT SHUT OFF AND I TRIED TO CRANK IT AND IT STARTED FOR A SECKOND AND SHUT OFF I GOT IT OUY OF THE WATER IT TOOK A LITTLE TO START BUT ITS MAKING A TAPPING NOISE WHAT SHOULD I DO

Sounds like water got into the motor and you have internal damage. Have it checked at a shop and make sure you tell them the whole story so they know what to look at for the failure.
