1999 Dodge Stratus car is not going

Car has trouble starting. When finally started the car will die unless you tap the gas to keep rpm up, as soon as you stop the car dies. Replaced fuel filter and are still having the same problem, when idling car is rough. And as soon as you put the car in drive or any other gear is simply just dies or stalls out.

Check for engine vacuum leaks as well as the idle air control valve (IAC). The IAC is mounted on the throttle body and maintains engine idle.
