I have a 99 Chrysler Cirrus, when it is wet out it will stall, you let it sit and it will start again, when its down hill it won't start either, if its up hill it will. I've changed the plugs, wires, coil pack, crank sensor. thinking its the fuel pump any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

When the problem occurs, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gauge and check fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?
