I turn the key on and my fuel pump will not come on and the truck will not start

Have replaced the fuel pump and tested pump it does work. But when turning the key on you do not hear the fuel pump run and the truck will not start even hooking the fuel pump to alternative power so it runs all the time truck still won't start.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and if the injectors are pulsing, also look for spark-

I forgot could be the fuel pump relay and computer control of the fuel pump relay circuit
