1999 Chevrolet S-10 truck wont start

Hello I have a 99 chevy s10. The truck wont start. I pulled out the fuel injector and cleaned it hopping that would do the trick but it did not work. The fuel pump works. When I turn the key the truck makes the starting sound but it wont turn over. Do you have any idea what it may be. Thank you for your time.

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.

Also, check for an injector pulse.

Just to add, if you have the spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems.
