Engine sputtered at idle and quit running and wont restart

I have a 1999 s10 pu 2wheel 4.3X, will not start, has spark, fuel to engine, no fuel getting into engine, will fire on starting fluid think crank sensorproblem if so where is location

Check the Maxi-fuse and relay for the injector(s). If starting fluid allows it to start, the cylinders aren't getting fuel.
