Air vents in heat/ac system stay in panel position, no defrost or floor air heat and ac fine

Check your actuators on the heater. They may not be getting power. They are vacuum posered so you may have a vacuum leak. Here is the diagram for it.

Thanks hmac300, schematic came in handy. Found vaccum leak under hood. Didn't need to dismantel dash. OOPS ! Did learn a lot and replaced some burned out bulbs behind dash.
