Hello. I have. 1999 Buick Regal ls. And I notice that any tires rather new or old on my rear of my car always wears prematurely. So I believe something I is wrong or broke in the rear of my vehicle. Could youleasevtelll me. What is all located in the rear of a vehicle so I know what to look for.

Are you using the original tires? Do you keep them properly aired, my info says about 30 psi. Do you rotate tires every 6--8 thousand miles? Are tires balanced? If tires wear more on one side than the other, I would have to check camber. Camber is whether the top of the tire leans in or out. If it is set on zero, I believe it would work ok. If you want it on the exact spec take it to alignment shop, let them check suspension and alignment.
