I have a 99 buick centery and it starts intermittenly also heater works intermittenly if car wont start and I slam the pass door the car will start ever see this problem

Check the neutral safety switch. See if it starts in neutral. As far as the heater, if you are refering to the blower motor, you may have a problem with the ignition switch.
