When in drive the emergency brake ligh will start coming on and then the truck will shut off. Sometimes it will restat it's self

It restarts itself? Can you explain?

As far a the light, check to make sure the brake fluid is full. Also, check to make sure the park brake switch is properly adjusted and working.

Whenever it's in park and you put it in drive it will restart the truck. It doesn't do it in low gear

Wow. You need to start tracing wires from the starter to see if something is shorting out on the shifter linkage.
