1998 Toyota Camry Bumper fix how much? DIY?

I was backing up and my front bumper hit a parked car and crumpled. The windshield wiper fluid was also leaking. Here are pictures of the damage how much do you think it will cost to fix? And is it possible to do the job on my own? (With help of very savvy dad)

You go to a body shop for that kind of estimate. We don't get involved with any costs here because there's way too many variables and things we can't see or know. We don't have any idea of your skill level either or your ability to figure things out. Body work can be difficult if you don't have prior experience.
