2009 Toyota Camry

Dear forum,

I was just in a low-impact accident a few hours ago, and my front bumper is in pretty bad shape. I'm pretty distraught over the whole ordeal, and can't really do anything else right now except think of what to do. So I thought maybe asking a question on here may help, at least to try to do something productive right now.

How much do you think it will cost to have this repaired? Is it something I could repair myself? Will the whole bumper need to be replaced? Will the small dent above the wheel, that's not on the bumper need to be fixed?

And does anything "need" to be done for functional etc. reasons, or will it be my decision based on aesthetics?

Answers to these questions or any other advice at all would be very, very much appreciated. I just took the pictures below and it's dark out. But I can take better pictures tomorrow in the light.

My car is a 2009 Toyota Camry.

Thank you!

If you put it on insurance, your right fender and bumper will be replaced. There is no cosmetic fix for damage like that, it won't effect performance of the car as long as there's nothing going towards the tire.

You can't just hit it out it will still look crumpled, replacement is your only option for having it look new.
