Pressure test for any external coolant leaks start here. There must be a leak in the system. See if the exhaust smells like anti-freeze as that may mean you need a new head gasket. If you live in a colder climate where it gets below freezing and have not changed your anti-freeze every 2 years or 24,000 miles this is probably the issue. Also check the oil for coolant in it.
