When I turn the key it clicks. Doesn't start. I put it in neutral yesterday and it started. Sometimes it will start. Just wondering if it is the starter going out or a parking switch in the dark. I need to get it in tomorrow. I am female and don't want to get screwed. I don't have the money. Any idea on what parts to get? New starter or parking switch and open the dark. Thanks for the help.

That's funny a female that doesn't want to get screwed lol. If it will start in neutral then try wiggling it in park it may be an adjustment or the switch going bad. You can always put it in neutral as well and it should start there, just may take a little movement of the shifter. I tmay be a cable stretched causing it or a bad switch.

Thats what I am wondering.. If it would more so be a switchor the starter. Would it be better the spend 20 dollars and open the dash or 50$ on the starter and 100 in labor at a shop. I am on vacation. I don have extra $$ to piss away. I am sure I can open the dash myself and figure it out. My kids and I are here to spend time with grandma. Not #&Ã Â wtih a shop if I dont need to. Thank2

Well if you don't have the money then if it continues to start in neutral just wait til you can get home and don't bother with it. The pic of switch is for a 3.3 or3.8 so your s may be an adjustment which is underhood see pics
