Check for applicable trouble codes. That is the next step, in my opinion. To check for codes, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader. How long since a tune-up?

My guess here its flooding out-I have a 93 w/4.3 liter Vortec-Spider -mine was fuel pressure regulator-leaking -You need to check the actual fuel pressure if its within specs-then give us the reading
