No, there is no reset program for a radio.

The face plat does not light up, so I cannot adjust volume/fade/radio station, only 2 speakers work. Maybe a plug not in all the way?

You can check the plugs. I will be honest, they had problems with the face plate lights not working after some time. You may have gotten a bad radio. Is there a warranty with it?
