My car will not start I tried to check the relays but theres no fault, its not even cranking so what can it be?

If the starter isn't cranking, check to make sure the battery has a charge. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. There should be 12v there. If there is, chances are the starter is bad. If there isn't, then you need to check the starter relay.
