1996 Mercedes Benz C180 starting problem! Need help

Dear all,
I need help, my car shuts down when I start it especially in the morning or after resting it.
changed plugs and gasket but still.
What could be the problem?
previously the PMS ignition control was replaced but resetting it was done manually by opening at the actuator for the idling.

It could be the idle air control valve or IACV. This controls idle when car is cold or when under different load conditions. If it is not that you should have the fuel pressure checked.
