Excessive exhust (white in color)

98 Lincoln, 150k, I just had it serviced-radiator flush, oil change, plugs, air filter, and replaced the surpentine belt and idler pulley. I have alot of white exhust now and wonder if it is just a mater of adjusting something or a new problem with the engine.

White smoke is indication of coolant in cumbustion chamber

Could be a new problem with the engine -white smoke is an indication of coolant being burn in the combustion chamber, do you smell gas the oil could be saturated with gas-Let me know
