Leaking fluid

My car, a 1098 Jeep Gran Cherokee Laredo, squeals as I gain speed. Sounds like a belt slipping, but just noticed it's leaking in two place underneath. Kind of slick and greenish looking. Major?

Maybe antifreeze and water pump leaking getting on belt causing squeal

Besides the answer posted above, your squeals might be due to not having enough liquid in the power steering fluid reservoir. As the power steering pump is dry, it squeals.
