No crank or start

When I turn the key it will not engage starter or crank engine. New battery, checked fuses, cleaned connections. Short solenoid and starts.

Check items in picture then check to see if power is going to relay from ignition switch and neutral switch. Finally pull relay and see if corrosion on prongs and use dielectric grease on prongs when you reinstall.
