Are you talking about the dash lites, headlites? Battery and all connections good? Charging system ok?

Check fuses to be sure that they are making good connections. That goes for the connections at the back of the lights and radio as well. (They could be loose.

You need to use a voltage tester, to see if voltage is going on and off.
