1998 Honda Civic Trouble changing gears

Clutch is disengaging and engaging fine but I'm having trouble changing through gears. When I go to change gear say from 3rd to 4th it comes out of third and won't without force go into 4th! It will go in easier when road speed matches revs any ideas?

First check for hydraulic/brake fluid leaks at the clutch master cylinder, hydraulic lines and slave cylinder.
I no leaks are found:
Try bleeding the clutch hydraulic system at the slave cylinder on the transmission.

If bleeding the system does not help. Its time to replace the clutch assembly.
