1998 Civic heater/AC Noise

My heater/AC has been making an obnoxiously loud noise when turned on to any setting. I took the blower out, tested it, and it seemed fine. No vibration or noise from it and it blew strong. So now I'm clueless as to what the noise could possibly be.

Is noise from inside cabin or outside?
What type of noise are you getting?
When blower motor was removed, did you check the blades for damage?
Was the blower motor housing checked for foreign materials stuck in it?
